Due to the growth of its maintenance and construction division, the firm launched Trueform Maintenance and Construction in 1999. Trueform’s professional staff of renovation and maintenance technicians and painters is highly qualified and trained. Project supervisors communicate regularly with clients to evaluate and analyze precise scheduling needs and job requirements.
Labor Rates
Projects and services are proposed at competitive rates. Technicians are billed in thirty-minute increments for repair and painting projects. Discounted rates apply to properties under the management of Ventura Investment Co.

Skilled maintenance technicians are available for emergency services twenty-four hours a day.
Facilities Maintenance
Trueform is ideal for the outsourcing of maintenance needs of both large and small companies. Its staff is also experienced in working with local government and special districts. Specially designed programs and rates are based on volume. A qualified supervisor is assigned to service each account.
Renovation
The Trueform staff is experienced in performing renovation and tenant improvement projects for residential and commercial clients. Rates are competitive and projects are scheduled in a timely manner.
