As Director of Construction and Maintenance, Chris is responsible for capital projects, preventative maintenance, scheduling and leadership of Ventura Investment Co.'s in house construction and maintenance staff. Chris' experience as both a general building contractor and as a construction manager for major builders are great assets to our firm.
